How long does shipping take?

Dispatch times for instock items is 1-2 working days and for Pre-Orders its 2-3 weeks (on average). Shipping method is Royal Mail Second Class which generally takes 2-3 working days from dispatch.

Where is my order?

In order to keep my keychains as low cost to you as I can, I
opt to send them second class royal mail and as a rule this takes 2-3 business days to arrive from dispatch. If the shipping time exceeds this and you’re concerned, please don’t hesitate to reach out and I will look into this as priority as its
important to me to ensure you receive your order ASAP. On occasion parcels can get misplaced or delayed through
royal mail and they don’t class a parcel as “lost” until the 2-week mark, in my opinion this is a huge inconvenience to my customers therefore if your parcel hasn’t
been delivered within the 2-3 waiting period, please let me know and I will get a replacement sent to you fully tracked the same day no questions asked!

Do you ship worldwide?

I do! the only item that i cannot ship is the criminal identification spray
as this cannot travel by air mail, therefore any orders not from, England, Scotland,
Wales, Northern Ireland will receive a £5 refund from their keychain order.

I understand the criminal identification spray is a fundamental part of my
keychains therefore if you would still like to purchase one, I recommend having
a look amazon to see if there are alternative criminal identification sprays already
available in your country

Will my order be tracked?

Due to the high costs of
tracked shipping, In order to keep my keychains as low cost to you as
I can, they are sent with standard shipping via royal mail (so it will arrive with your postie with your general post, letters etc)

If you would prefer a tracked option
you can reach out to me and I can get that arranged for £1.50 on top of your order

when you receive your dispatch notification it will give you the option to track the parcel, this is Shopifys generic shipping page that i cannot modify, please ignore this.

Do you offer refunds?

as a general rule no I don’t offer refunds, this is because a lot of
my items are custom and made just for you! With that being said I am human and completely
understand life happens, so if you can reach out and let me know at your soonest convenience, I will try my best to get your order cancelled and refunded
for you but depending on the stage of your order I cant make any guarantees but refusal of a refund will always be a last resort, I apologise for the inconvenience
and appreciate your understanding.

I DM’d you on Instagram about my order but I haven’t heard anything back?

I kindly ask any questions relating to your order is to be
sent via email only, my social media pages are mainly for advertising purposes
and the inboxes are not monitored on them.

being a one person business sometimes DMs can get lost/missed

Are your products cruelty free?

Absolutely, all items have been sourced carefully to ensure all products are 100% cruelty free and there are NO expections.

The fur used for the pom-poms is faux and the "leather" i use to make the wristlets is faux leather.

Is there a age limitation on your products?

There is no law that states as such, but I do have a policy on my criminal identification
for under 18s I advise against purchasing to limit the misuse of the product. Although the criminal identification spray doesn’t feature any harmful or
toxic attributes there is a risk of prosecution for using inappropriately due
to the staining properties it can be classed criminal damage, the product is only legal for use in emergency situations to help identify a criminal. Responsibility of misuse will be on the purchaser, and I cannot be held
liable for any misuse of the products. So if you would like to purchase this on the behalf of someone under 18 please ensure
they are fully aware this product is for emergency use only otherwise inappropriate use is open to prosecution.

Orders over £30 can benefit from free UK shipping, there is no code needed it will automatically discount for you at the checkout.

Is the criminal identification spray classed as a noxious gas?

Absolutely not! all ingredients used in the spray are non-harmful, non-toxic,
ozone friendly, and comply with the UK law. They will not cause harm to you or
the criminal in question, the spray is used for identification purposes and the
foul odour (non-harmful) can help distract in the event of the attack. The manufacturer
of the spray has been running for 30 years and has spent a lot of time
researching the UK law to offer several products aimed to help keep us safe and
they are a UK based business with the products being made in the UK unlike some
of the other criminal identification sprays on the market, this one was actually
made for us in the UK specifically.

Are your products UK legal?

Yes, they are without compromise, and I pride myself on being compliant with
the UK law since day one as there was a time I was one of the only companies whose
focus was to protect people legally and provide a fully UK legal without any “questionable”
items that you have to try and excuse/give a different reason for carrying. After
discovering the American versions of these keychains in 2020, I spent 6 months
