If you suspect your parcel is lost, please contact me straight away so I can investigate this for you, customer satisfaction is my first priority!

please ensure you have checked your property, outside of the property and any neighbours whom may have taken the parcel in for you

Any parcels returned to me due to customer error such as insufficient address or you haven’t arranged to collect your parcel, you will be refunded minus the shipping fees I have paid to send your parcel to you.

In circumstances such as faulty product I will always honor this and treat it as a priority, I will replace the individual item/s, not the full keychain, please send over images/videos as detailed as possible so i can assist you

Any damaged items must be reported to me within one week of receiving your item as per your tracking.
